Kaiser Permanente in Fresno is expanding on a new four-story medical office building. The medical office is set to house everything from primary care and family medicine to more specialized radiology and oncology services. The complex will be built on seven acres, providing more than 500 parking spaces, including 27 EV charging stations. Additionally, Kaiser is pursuing LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification by installing solar panels and utilizing low-emitting materials to improve indoor air quality.

Preston Pipelines performed underground utility work, including storm drain, sanitary sewer, domestic water, fire water, and pump station.
