Patrick Gasaway has been promoted to Chief Estimator, while Colin Neunuebel steps into the role of Estimating Manager for the Bay Area. With over 23 years at Preston Pipelines, Patrick Gasaway has been a driving force behind the company’s success. His expertise in estimating, project planning, and team leadership has enabled him to secure and execute numerous high-profile projects in the Bay Area.
