This project consists of the construction of a new 2-story, 91,000 SF Technical Education Building for the Los Rios Community College District American River College campus. The new building consists of classrooms, staff offices, conference rooms, gathering spaces, laboratories and maker spaces. Laboratories include an electronics lab, computer lab, soldering lab, mechanical/plumbing lab, and welding yard. Additionally, there is an auto shop and auto yard.

Preston Pipelines’ scope of work includes the installation of new polypropylene hydronic mainline pipe and new building services.
